In the desert, there is very little water and a very big variation between the temperature in the daytime and at night. 

Plants like cactuses evolve special ways to lock water into their cells and also to cope with extreme temperatures and a lack of water. We use a purified extract of the Prickly Pear cactus which delivers hydration and also soothes the skin.

In our Adaptogen Protection Complex we use Desert Glycoproteins from extremophilic bacteria found in the Wadi desert in Egypt, which provide extreme hydration and protection for cells from pollution, radiation and ageing.

The Never Die Moringa tree, found in Africa, is traditionally used to purify water. It is a potent antioxidant, adapted to hot and dry conditions. Moringa peptides can be used to protect the skin against pollution by helping to remove an invisible layer of micro-particles which prevent the skin from breathing effectively.
