Modern life is tough on skin, and it can be hard to find a product that works for your needs.
The path to building better skin resilience is different for everyone. A product may work for a week, a month or even longer before your skin becomes unbalanced and you’re back to having a shelf full of products and no skin solution.
That’s why we offer a 90 day no quibble returns and exchange policy, to ensure that you can find the products you need to reach your skin goals.
Our skin works on a cycle of around 28 days, so we recommend that you try your product for four full weeks before returning. However, if your products are not perfect, just let us know within 90 days and we will be happy to help find a product in the range that is more suited to your needs, or offer a full refund.

Step 2: Our team will help you arrange everything you need to know to send your products back to us.
Step 3: Once your products reach Adaptology HQ your refund or exchange will be processed.
