Bethany takes a whole person approach to wellbeing with suggestions to improve both diet and lifestyle to maximise your skin health and beyond.
While the consultations are focused on supporting skin health, often clients find they experience other beneficial outcomes such as more balanced energy, improved sleep, less sugar cravings, and better digestion.
What the session will include
A 60-min personal consultation discussing your skin health, medical history, current diet and lifestyle, so our nutritional therapist can create a bespoke plan to perfectly suit you.
You’ll also receive recipes which suit your needs and help you to easily put the session’s suggestions into practice at home.

My journey to become a nutritional therapist began with my own illness back in 2013. Doctors diagnosed me with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and told me there was nothing they could do. I refused to accept the prognosis presented to me and set about making changes to my diet and lifestyle with the help of a range of wellbeing practitioners. Fast forward to now and I’m living a healthy, hobby and fulfilled life which just goes to show you should never give up on yourself or your health.
